Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (La Bottega del Tartufo, Dorotheenstraße 4, 70173 Stuttgart , info@bottegadeltartufo.de , Tel.: +49 711 75487211) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website ( http://www.bottegadeltartufo.de ) . In this case, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

1. For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive.
2. For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
3. For the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed.
4. For the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
5. For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
6. For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
7. For the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
