Returns and Exchanges
You have a 14-day right of return for every order. To exercise this right, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the delivery date.

In order for your return to go smoothly, the items must be in the same condition as when they were received - unworn and unused including all labels, accessories, original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns of items with a return label attached will only be accepted if the return label has not been removed. Items made to order or personalized are considered final sale and cannot be returned. to contact. If the return is accepted (see the block "General return conditions and times"), we will send you a return label as well as instructions for the return itself. Please attach the return label to the shipping box and hand it in at your post office.
Please note that requesting a return is a prerequisite for this. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without requesting this.
In general, the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
In the event of an exchange, we ask you to return the item(s) in accordance with the
Return conditions (see "General return conditions and times"
as well as “How to make a return”) to be sent back to us.

As a rule, all returns are processed within 14 working days of receipt.
You will receive a confirmation by email both upon receipt and after completion of your return.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please understand that we cannot cover return shipping costs.
